In this article we will take you though the step-by-step instructions for setting up InfusionSoft to connect to the OpenPath platform as a gateway.
Instructions - Getting Credentials
Requesting your InfusionSoft gateway credentials:

Login in to your OpenPath account at https://client.openpath.io

Navigate to your Integrations

Click on the InfusionSoft link in the bottom of the InfusionSoft CRM card

Find the InfusionSoft integration you want to connect and click on that card

In the InfusionSoft pop-up box navigate to the Gateway tab and click the Request Gateway Connection button

Once you click on the Request Gateway Connection button the system will send a request to our InfusionSoft provisioning team to create the InfusionSoft credentials from OpenPath. Once your credentials have been assigned you will receive an email confirming the update and your credentials will appear in this tab.
NOTE: Please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be provisioned.
Instructions - Adding Credentials
Connecting your InfusionSoft account to OpenPath:

Once your InfusionSoft gateway credentials have been provisioned, log back in to your OpenPath account and navigate to your InfusionSoft Integrations in OpenPath (see the steps above to navigate to this section)

When you navigate to the InfusionSoft Integrations you will see your InfusionSoft gateway is active, click on the card and navigate to the Gateway tab to see the credentials you will need for InfusionSoft

Keep the above credentials handy in a separate tab or record them in a secure location to use within your InfusionSoft account.

Login to your InfusionSoft account and navigate to E-Commerce | Settings

Once in your E-Commerce | Settings section of InfusionSoft, click on the Merchant Accounts under the Payment Processing section of the settings form

Once under the Payment Types in InfusionSoft find the section called Other Credit Card Processors and make sure the checkbox is checked next to the label.

Then click on the link Add new…

In the Add Merchant Account pop-up box click on the (Select an account type) in the drop-down box and select the CartConnect option

This will display the CartConnect Account Information form, fill out the information from OpenPath you received in Step 2, leaving the Password empty, selecting Live Mode in the Test Mode drop-down box and leaving the Use 3D Secure option set to No.

Once you’ve entered all the information click the save button to finishing setting up the InfustionSoft to OpenPath gateway connection.
NOTE: InfusionSoft allows you to setup different gateways for different checkout pages, make sure you set the checkout pages you want to use OpenPath as OpenPath in the settings sections of your order forms.
