Summary

Encrypted Checkout offers Shopify users to use a multitude of different payment processors natively though the Shopify Alternative payments section in Settings | Payments.

There are currently three levels you can run the Encrypted Checkout as, each building on the previous level.

Basic Level - The basic level allows you to point your Shopify checkout to your OpenPath account and process payments.

Features Available - Processing of Credit Cards and Split Payments

Professional Level - Once you have the Basic level running, if you want to customize the Encrypted Checkout page and functionality you can add your Shopify store to our Integrations page.

Features Available - Turn on and off Split Pay, Change Sale functionality to Authorize & Capture, Add Apple Pay, upload a logo, add custom JavaScript and add custom HTML to the left and right panels.

Application Level - The third level of Encrypted Checkout, allows Encrypted Checkout to seamlessly communicate back and forth between Shopify and Encrypted Checkout adding many new features to the Encrypted Checkout by installing it as a Sales Channel Shopify App.

Features Available - Show line items in the Encrypted Checkout and allows OpenPath to process and manage Subscription products. Able to get full access to all the OpenPath Routing, Filtering, Redundancy and Fraud Features.

Features Coming Soon in 1.7 - Redirect URL will still be on your store, Successful Subscription Payments will be auto generated in the Shopify’s order system. Exposing OpenPath transaction data directly in the Shopify Portal.
