Login to your OpenPath Account at https://client.openpath.io/Account/Login
Use your Email Address and Password to sign in.
Once you're logged in, you will be taken to the OpenPath Dashboard. To learn more about the OpenPath Dashboard, please see this LINK
Hover on the Left side of the Menu and then select Transactions and then Advanced Search.
Click on the drop down for the list of Filters that you wish to use. The most common search criteria is the Transaction ID. Choose Transaction ID and then click on the "+" sign to add it in the Search Criteria and then input the Transaction ID you're looking for in the Search box and then click on the "+" sign again.
Lastly, click on the Magnifying Glass to initiate the Search.
You can use different combinations of Filters to make the search more specific. You can use First Name, Last Name, Transaction ID and Order ID. Please note that if you have a lot of Transactions in your store, it will help to add a Timestamp or choose from a pre-selected Date Range to make the search faster.
You can also Export the Search Results in a CSV format just by clicking Export.
